Applying for the 650-Hour Therapeutic Massage Program

First fill out the Application Request below, or call us at (707) 822-5223. As soon as we have received your Application Request, we'll send out our full course catalog.  The catalog contains an Application for Admission.  Fill out the Application and send it to us.  All courses do fill up, so being prompt with your application makes it much more likely that you'll get a spot in the class of your choice.  Late applications are considered until Orientation Day.   As soon as your Application has passed our initial review, an Admissions advisor will call you to set up an enrollment interview. Phone interviews are available for out-of-town applicants.  Out-of-town applicants must be settled in Arcata by one month before the start of classes.
